Tentative Itinerary

SUNDAY

Leave New Hope after 11:00 Service

• Arrival/check in at the Ramada Inn*, River Ridge. Asheville, NC
• Group orientation/information on assignments

MONDAY

• Breakfast at the hotel
• 8:15am gather for the day, briefing
• 8:30am depart for project sites, lunch is included
• 3:30pm-4pm close of work day and return to hotel
• Dinner at J &S Cafeteria (adjacent to hotel)
• We offer nightly devotional and reflection time

TUESDAY

• Repeat of Monday
• Dinner is BBQ and Bluegrass music at The Fiddlin' Pig

WEDNESDAY

• Repeat
• Dinner at First Baptist Church Asheville and use of gym and recreation facilities

THURSDAY

• Repeat of day schedule
• 6:00pm depart for Asheville's Fun Depot for evening of fun (go carts, laser tag and much more) Includes pizza and drinks

FRIDAY

• Breakfast
• 10am check out and departure for whitewater rafting.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

• * The Ramada Inn has interior facing rooms, outdoor pool, basketball and volleyball, meeting room and breakfast buffet

• We will ask you to complete a skills assessment and return to us before your trip,, in order that we might do a better job of assigning projects.
• Some groups choose to do whitewater rafting on Friday before going home. We are pleased to make those arrangements.
